Just woke up, sun is not up yet.

Batteries are starting to run low. TV has only one single broadcasting, channel 2, and its a static colored bar image.



I'm going to start getting geared up to go outside and do recon around the house at sunrise. Seems the quietest around then. I need to know whats out there, but I do not know what to expect. Nor do I know the true cause as to the lock down sunset curfew.
